PRINCIPAL
Linda Kercher: Linda has been trained in all subjects and holds all her major teaching qualifications in ISTD which enables her to teach and enter examinations. She has updated her qualifications to include the new CDE which she has gained in all disciplines. Linda has always made sure that a high standard of work is produced within the school and always wants to offer as many of her students as possible the chance to enjoy and develop their dance technique and performance skills.
Modern, Tap, Lyrical and Jazz
Lyndsay Aldred:
Lynsday has been trained in all subjects and joined the dancing school in April 2005, She is the Head of Modern and Tap within the school and holds full qualifications in these subjects.Lyndsay has a strong passion for her work and also choreographs for our local dance festivals and shows both inside and outside of the school. Lyndsay has also worked in choreographing and performing professionally and enjoys working with children to help them gain confidence,develop their technique and gain their personal style.

Phillipa Leemans:
Classical Ballet, Modern, Tap, National and Jazz
Joined the team in 2006. Katie trained at Laine Theatre Arts and gained her teaching qualifications in Modern, Tap and Ballet. She is currently working towards her CDE in all her disciplines, Katie has worked extensively in the industry and has both performed and choreographed professionally. Katie loves working with children of all ages to develop strength and technique whilst in a fun and controlled environment. Katie also works for The Musical Kidz Company and is the Head of Dance and teaches at our Chesham Branch on Saturday Afternoons.

Katie Thomas
Trained at Kercher School of Dance for 17 years and then went on to Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts where she graduated in 2006 as Head Girl. Katie has performed professionally in theatre, tv and film since a young age and has her major qualifications in all her ISTD subjects. KT in 2003 started her Musical Theatre Section within the school to add something new to the family business. It is called The Musical Kidz Company and holds weekly classes, holiday workshops and summer projects.. Recently to bring more opportunities to both the dancing school and the Musical Kidz Company, Katie has become a theatrical agent for TV, Film, Modelling and Radio work. The agency is called Talented Kidz Management and she is now in the process of searching for talented children in the Bucks area.

Matthew Thomas
Trained at Kercher School of Dance for 10 years, Sylvia Young Theatre School and then Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts where he graduated in 2007.Matt has also been performing professionally since a young age and has major West End and TV credits to his name. Matt enjoys working with all age groups and is the Head of Acting for The Musical Kidz Company. With his knowledge of the industry he likes to maintain the high standards of work that is produced by the dancing school and likes to guide those as best possible who wish to pursue their dreams of working within the "business".
Luke Bohanna
Luke is the newest member of staff to join us. After teaching for KT at The Musical Kidz Company Workshops and projects he has been invited to add this discipline to the school which we hope will be a success. He trained alongside KT and Hayley at Italia Conti and graduated in 2006. Since then Luke has worked professionally on cruise ships, in Music Videos and in the Theatre. He teaches a range of disciplines with his main focus upon Disco and Jazz. He's looking forward to joining the school and hopes to keep the high standards of work going in his new, fun and exciting classes.

Hayley Simmonds
Hayley trained at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and graduated with KT oin 2006. She is a passioate dancer and choreographer and loves working with all ages to create imaginatiive and creative performances. She enjoys all dance disciplines and is also a teacher and choreographer for The Musical Kidz Company.Hayley has performed professionally and is currently choreographing for a girl band project.
Student Teacher Baby Classes, National and General Help Jenny Payne Jenny has been a student at Kercher School of Dance for over 16 years now. She enjoys all disciplines of dance and went to study at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts on the One Year Intensive Course from 06-07. She teaches and covers drama for The Musical Kidz Company and enjoys creating scenery designs and props for all of their productions. Jenny loves working within the dancing school at the weekends with all of the children and is almost like a piece of the "furniture". She also cooks a very good bacon roll!
